System against Termites
In case of such pests, proper, professional & scientific treatment is needed. Here is the importance of our pest controlling. 

• Pre-Construction / Anti-termite Treatment ( 15 years guarantee )
  At first we will be taking holes measuring 3 cm radius and 30 cm depth at a distance of 1 - 3 feet inside the floor area. then we will be injecting the chemical preparation through the holes, mixing at a ratio of 20 ml chemical in one litter water (1% strength ). After closing these holes, chemical emulsion will be spraying all carpet area and walls. For abandoned precaution and more effective controlling of pests we will be spraying the chemical mixer in a trench taken around the building. This work will be executed by our well-experienced skilled workers. This chemical will be spread out in the soil up to 50 cm radial length. So always we will be kept 1 meter distance from water sources (like well, ponds etc.) for our treatment. We are giving a guaranty against termites for a period of 15 years and if termites attack any portion of the building, we will be controlling it our own cost. ( see picture gallery )
   
• Post Construction / Termite Eradication Treatment ( 10 years guarantee )
  At first holes will be taken measuring 6 mm radius and 20 cm depth at a distance of 2 - 3 feet along the junction of all walls and floors. Then the chemicals are injected through the holes, mixed with a ration of 50 ml chemical in one litter water. After closing these holes with proper sealing media like putty, surefiller, etc., the chemicals will be sprayed on all carpet area and walls. For abandoned precaution and more effective controlling of pests, chemical mixer will be sprayed in a trench taken around the building. this work will be executed by our well experienced skilled workers. A guaranty of 10 years is given and if termites attack any portion of the building, it will be controlled by our own cost.

System against Pests ( for Hotels, Resorts and Township)
( For pests like Mosquitoes, Cockroaches, Ants, Spiders, Bees & other types of irritating creatures etc. )

In case of these kinds of pests, regular observations and applications of appropriate composition of pesticides are necessary. In large areas, where a number of houses or buildings are established, we appoint our representatives for regular application of pesticides. Let us explain about our work which is executed by I. S. I. standard.

1. We will appoint there a technical staff (Skilled) on a full time basis for the best performance. There for he will be available at your premise when ever on demand. ( applicable for daily treatment contract )
2. All the guest rooms will be sprayed with a chemical preparation of Propoxur 1% H H and Lemon grass oil on every check out of the guests. ( applicable for daily treatment )
3. Kitchen and store will be sprayed with a chemical preparation of Azadirachtin 0.03 % E C ( Neem based ) and Lemon grass oil, in a frequency of once in a week treatment.
4. All other places like. restaurant, reception, common bath rooms & toilets, house keeping staff mess & staff kitchen and open area etc., will be sprayed with  chemicals like chlorophyriphose 20 % EC, Cypermithrin 25%  or Malthion 50% (alternative days) diluted with water at a ratio of 10 ml chemical with 1 liter water and 5 ml Lemon grass oil in a frequency of  daily treatment.
5. For an effective precaution against flying insects like bees, mosquitoes etc., a mist blower treatment is used every fortnightly in and around the premise ( applicable for daily treatment )
6. Glue trap (gum board), Mousetrap boxes, Roban cakes, etc., are used for rodent control.( applicable for daily treatment )
